Help Desk
The Help Desk is available Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. If you call outside
these hours, there will be an additional charge for after hours support. We
keep the Biblical Sabbath which begins Friday evening at sundown and ends Saturday
evening at sundown. We cannot work on the Sabbath; however, if your “ox is
in a ditch” we will help if the situation is truly an emergency that cannot
wait until the Sabbath is over.
Note: Quo Vadis provides limited support
hours on United States Federal holidays and only emergency support
on Biblical holy days (Leviticus 23). Holiday
rates apply to both onsite and remote holiday support. Please refer
